Everyday our media-saturated culture bombards children and adolescents with entertainment and advertising content using sexual messages, violence, alcohol, drugs, and negative role models. The choices children make based on these messages affect the outcomes of their future.
The Boys Town Center for Adolescent and Family Spirituality is dedicated to helping professionals and volunteers,in both secular and faith-based settings, make a positive impact on the spiritual and moral development of youth and families. Through seminars, speakers, and books the Center teaches you how to deal with adolescent sexuality; build healthy relationships; attain effective parenting skills; and recognize and counter the strategies and tactics of today’s marketers who pitch material consumption and sexual content to children through every media avenue.
