Speaking about Boys Town's spiritual aspect throughout the interview, Father Boes highlighted the Boys Town Model of Care, the Family-Teaching Model, donor development and current challenges facing the organization.

"We have a spiritual emphasis because of Father Flanagan," said Father Boes, referring to the founder's famous quote, "Every boy must pray, but how he prays is up to him." "The spiritual dimension is a big reason for [our kids'] recovery."

Boys Town has directly served 15 kids from Oklahoma over the past 10 years and another 4,000 children and families have been served by the Boys Town National Hotline.

The interview concludes with Father Boes saying: "I think the same miracle that happened.with Father Flanagan 90 years ago can happen in every neighborhood in America."
